Using the site

ExtendPhoto is free to use and needs no account. By using it you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use it.

Your photos and results

Photos you open and pictures you save belong to you or to whoever holds their rights. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive your photos and claim no rights in them or in your results. You are responsible for having the right to use and change the photos you work with.

Invented picture

Smart fill and AI fill create picture that was never photographed. Don't present an extended photo as an unaltered original where that matters — for evidence, identification, journalism, official documents or scientific work.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to create unlawful content, to forge documents or to impersonate anyone, and don't try to disrupt the site or our model file server.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. Results depend on your photo, device and browser; check every result before relying on it. Sizes for prints and platforms are set by others — confirm them at the source. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data or a rejected upload. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs in its courts. Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.

We may update these terms; the current version and its date are always on this page.
